Welcome to Zipporin! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zipporin SaaS platform, website (https://zipporin.com), APIs, and companion WordPress plugins (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@zipporin.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Credits

  • Billing Cycles: Access to Zipporin features is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
  • Credit Allocation: Subscription plans allocate a set number of credits per month for AI blog writing, brand image generation, lead harvesting, and AI voice dialing. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly specified. However, in our B2B lead harvesting tool, if mailbox validation fails or simulated dialing targets are fewer than credited, a credit refund logic applies where unused credits are returned to your balance.

3. Use of AI Services and Content Ownership

Zipporin utilizes advanced neural networks and language models to assist you in writing blogs, designing media assets, and conducting outbound calls. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Review Requirement: While we aim to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content, AI-generated outputs can sometimes contain inaccuracies, stylistic anomalies, or factual errors. You are strictly responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing or distributing it.
  • Ownership: You own all intellectual property rights in the text, images, and video media generated by the platform using your credentials, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Zipporin retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying technology, software, algorithms, and brand identity.

4. WordPress Integration and Site Connection

By linking your WordPress site to Zipporin via the Zipporin Scheduler plugin and pasting your Connection Key, you grant Zipporin permission to access your WordPress REST API to fetch categories, upload media, write draft/published posts, and configure local business schema data. You represent that you are the owner or authorized administrator of any WordPress site you connect to the Services.

5. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or disable any security mechanism of the platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or make fraudulent cold calls using the AI Voice Dialer.
  • Scrape or harvest data from Zipporin beyond the limits of your subscription plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zipporin and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, AI-generated outputs, or connected site security.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a security risk to other users or our infrastructure.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
