  • Account Information: When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number (+1 5595504880).
  • Connection Credentials: To enable direct syndication and auto-publishing, we securely collect and store your WordPress website URLs and unique Connection/Handshake API Keys. These keys are encrypted at rest.
  • Payment Details: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our AI content platform and services.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our platform features, including natural language styling and brand-voice learning.
  • Analyze and understand how you use our platform to optimize server performance and API credit allocation.
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
  • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Send you transactional emails, and process payments via Stripe.

3. Data Processing & AI Models

Zipporin utilizes advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as those provided by Anthropic and Google Gemini) to generate text, images, and simulated phone calls. Your inputs and generated articles are processed securely. We do not allow third-party AI providers to use your proprietary business inputs or generated content to train public models.

4. Log Files

Zipporin follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

5. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Zipporin uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
